Industrial Special Risks

We cover you for loss, destruction of, or damage to your property – both material loss and any consequential loss of revenue – resulting from interruption or interference to the business of your church or ministry.

General Liability – Public & Products

We help you take the risk out of operating your ministry by offering a range of liability insurance and risk management solutions. Because we understand churches better than commercial insurers, Churches of Christ Insurance policies better reflect your needs – and our experienced team can work with you to make sure your specific requirements are covered.

Umbrella Liability

We offer your church protection against the costs of compensating third parties if they suffer bodily injury or damage to their property, for which the business – your church – is deemed responsible. This cover pays for the claimants’ legal costs, the costs of defending the action as well as the cost of compensation to the third party.

Professional Indemnity – Claims Made Policy

We protect you against third party claims for breach of professional duty, professional negligence, mismanagement or breach of fiduciary responsibility; breaches of corporations law, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination and other employment related litigation.

Special Comments: “Claims Made” Wording – This Policy is issued on a claims made basis.

Management Liability

Personal Accident – Volunteers & Youth

Our policy provides voluntary workers with Personal Accident insurance that covers them whilst undertaking voluntary work for your church. Volunteers have an important role in ministry, but because they are not employed by you, they are not eligible for Workers Compensation. This policy ensures their protection against financial loss if an injury occurs whilst performing voluntary work for your ministry.

Personal Accident - Ministers

Our policy provides cover for Ministers, Pastors and Chaplains actively engaged in ministerial/pastoral and other church related activities.

Note: The criteria for this cover is that the Minister/Pastor/Chaplain must be on the accredited list with the state Churches of Christ, the church must be a member of the insurance program and the coverage afforded is 24/7 365 days.
